Testing Cuvettes
Our testing cuvettes are non-hazardous, single-use vials that contain a stable mixture of all chemical components needed to conduct a specific test to analyze the water sample. Retego has utilized standard ASTM test reagents and safer alternatives, where they can be substituted without reducing the accuracy of the assay. The only liquid required for testing is 3mL of the sample. The dried chemicals in the cuvettes are stabilized to ensure extended shelf life and that the kits remain stable over the extreme temperatures encountered in the field.
Retego TTR
The Retego TTR is a durable, portable, field detector that accurately measures each cuvette by conducting a multivariate analysis of the data set obtained from frequency-modulated colorimetric, turbidimetric, and fluorescence measurements obtained from multiple laser (and other light-emitting) diodes at different wavelengths. Optical frequency-modulation and demodulation allow the instrument to operate in a wider variety of climate conditions. The TTR eliminates any signal due to temperature variation in the electronics from either ambient temperatures or operation. The device does not require a sample blank or calibration, reducing complexity, time, and cost.
The use of variable stage amplifiers allows accurate results to be collected when the concentration of chromophores is wide ranging. This makes the Retego TTR useful for measuring both low and high-concentration analytes.

While the analytical capabilities of our TTR are remarkable, the long-term power resides in our app. The Retego app is designed to manage water testing projects, organize your testing workflow, and correlate your findings into an easy-to-read report, making your data accessible and searchable. The app not only runs the powerful TTR, but it is also a practical instruction manual guiding any user through running tests on the TTR.
